Keeping track of your files

We really do need to talk about this one as “data management” covers a multitude of things. Phone me on 01274 921941 and we’ll see what you need.

If you’re in West Yorkshire, I can come to your home or office and sort out your paper files – the simplest form of “data management” there is. I can set up your system so you can easily lay your hands on everything you need and even come to you once a week to do the filing for you!

If it’s electronic data we’re talking about, I can set up a database for you, sort out your spreadsheets, and have a look at the way you keep and retrieve your emails. Using only the Office suite which is on most people’s computers, I can create a system that’s easy to use, tailored to your specifications and doesn’t cost the earth.

I’ll train you in the basics of using spreadsheets and databases, the Outlook calendar or Office One-Note, so you can keep your own records up-to-date and handy to retrieve and to use. Or if you prefer, I can maintain your system on a once-weekly (recommended!) or once-monthly basis.
