Package for setting up a new business

“Well begun is half-won” says a popular German saying and this package of documents will give your business the capability to function efficiently right from the start.

These basic documents use Microsoft Office components which most people will have on their computers already. They are produced in a clear, standard font (Ariel) but if you want anything other than this, just let me know.

The package includes one spreadsheet, two financial documents and two letters. The Microsoft Word documents are designed to be used with a printed letterhead or can be copied-and-pasted into an email.

The spreadsheet has a simple income and expenditure account which will keep track of your current balance and comes with guidance notes for use. It does not require any specialist skills.

The financial documents are templates for an estimate and an invoice.

The letters are a standard acknowledgement of receipt and a standard “thanks for your order” letter. They can also be used as templates for any other letters you may need.
