Building the infrastructure

Every company needs to have systems in place for ensuring that things run smoothly, and if you are going to tender for public work you will also need policy documents for Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities and so forth. All of this can seem a little remote from your core business of plumbing or hairdressing or being a composer of classical music, so I will be pleased to set up your systems and policies for you.

I base my IT systems on Microsoft Office, which most people have on their computers already, so there is no need to buy additional software. If you want me to set up a paper filing system in your home or office, I will be happy to do so but only in West Yorkshire.
