About Ruth Billheimer

I am Ruth Billheimer, the owner of My Paper Work. My aim is to give you a reliable business service. Your need may be for web design, office services or a Facebook page. I might be developing a database for you or helping with staff problems. Whatever my role, I offer expertise and experience gained over a long and varied career.

I am a qualified teacher and experienced PA. I have been a lecturer, an academic administrator and a confidential secretary. My passion is politics (I am a Labour councillor in my hometown of Bradford, West Yorkshire) and my special skill is in IT. For many years I ran the office of a Member of Parliament, setting up the office IT systems and dealing with confidential and sensitive matters in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

On retirement I set up my own company, My Paper Work. My company puts my office admin skills at your disposal. I will take care of the day-to-day office side of your business reliably and effectively. Your time will be free for you to do what you do best, whether it’s making a better mousetrap or mending broken relationships.

For third sector groups and social enterprises, I offer the same admin, HR and internet support with the unique added value I can offer. A lifetime of work in the community has made me an expert in community development. My experience covers both local and national government, the private sector, academic life and politics.
