Ready to start employing staff? An exciting prospect but maybe also a little daunting.

You might appreciate some support from someone like me with knowledge and experience. Having an independent person involved can also protect you from any unpleasantness that may arise as a result of your recruitment process.

I have many years’ experience of recruitment and selection and have had training in how to apply Equal Opportunities policies in this area. I can help with the entire process from drawing up the advert to making the final selection. I will suggest interview questions and draw up a matrix for you to use to compare candidates.
