Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures
I do hope you won’t need this service! However, if you do, an independent person is often the right choice to deal with such matters. In a small company, ill-feeling can easily arise and staff may be reluctant to talk to another employee about their workmates.
I have many years experience of chairing disciplinary, grievance and appeals panels of all kinds and will ensure that your procedure is fair, transparent and open for both the company and the employee.
I can be involved at the first stage or later (but not both, of course). At the first stage I can investigate: interview the parties, discover the facts and make recommendations. Alternatively I can chair the panel at a second or appeal stage.
This service is offered in West Yorkshire only. However, for those outside my local area, I can provide guidelines, policy documents and model procedures to follow.
