Business Support Services Costs

As a professional person I am committed to transparency in my dealings with you.  We will decide together during our initial consultation what you need from me and how much it will cost. Your consultation is free and with no obligation.

The services menu gives details of some of the services I offer, though it can’t be comprehensive as I don’t yet know what you need! To make sure I understand you and your business, our relationship starts when you book your free consultation and we spend time – in person or on the phone – discussing how we will work together. Fixed Price ItemRates:

My hourly rate is on a scale from £15 to £25 an hour.  As a guideline, routine input work would be at the bottom of the scale, HR intervention at the top and most IT work will be around £20 an hour. The daily rate is slightly discounted at £100 to £160 per day. If you want a monthly contract, we can discuss how much that will cost and I am always open to negotiation depending on what you can afford. I also have some fixed-price items – look for the sticker!

How to Pay:

You can pay by cheque, bank transfer, plastic or even cash!

I hope we will have a long-term relationship with fees payable monthly by standing order. However, if your need is for a one-off project, then half of the estimated cost is normally payable in advance, the balance to be agreed and payable when the work is completed to your satisfaction.

PayPal is my preferred method because it’s easy and reliable and gives a certain security to us both. For invoiced services, I will email you a PayPal invoice. I have included a PayPal button on the relevant pages for the fixed price items.

Expenses:

If you are within West Yorkshire I can come to your home or office or a mutually convenient point for some of the services I offer. I may have to make a charge for my travel expenses, which we will agree in advance.
